This exhibition of 38 masks from the private collection of the Catalan Nacho Rovira ‘Alas y Viento’ (Wings and Wind) will open on 12 December 2024-21 February 2025. Masks of the World section. The activity is curated by Professor Pilar Panero, principal investigator of MASKS, and a catalogue will be published in collaboration with Ediciones Universidad de Valladolid.

The masks are Romanian, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, as the activity is part of the project ‘Unveiling the Arts and Works behind the MASKS’. In addition, a mask from the Principality of Andorra, La última osa de Ordino (The last bear of Ordino), has been included.
